Who processes your data?

Amore Mio Lorgues, represented by Fanny Nallet, 366 Rue de la Canal, 83510 Lorgues, is the controller of the information used to respond to your enquiries and plan your stay. Contact: amoremiolorgues@gmail.com.

Information we request

Depending on the form: surname, first name, email address, optional phone number, dates, preferred accommodation, numbers of adults and children, message and enquiry language. Optional fields are marked. Required information allows us to respond or assess your stay requirements.

Why do we use this information?

Stay enquiries help us prepare a booking at your request. Contact messages allow us to answer your questions. Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or on Amore Mio’s legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it.

Your information is not sold or used for unsolicited marketing. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Sending forms

When you submit a form, the data is sent to FormSubmit to deliver your message to Amore Mio’s email inbox. It is then processed by Amore Mio and its email and hosting service providers as necessary to handle your enquiry.

FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. Its processing is described in its privacy policy and its documentation. External services apply their own processing terms; their servers are not necessarily located in France.

Retention periods

Correspondence received by Amore Mio is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, if you stay with us, to manage the booking and comply with applicable legal obligations. Information sent to service providers is also subject to their own retention periods, including FormSubmit’s stated 30-day archive period.

Browsing and your Provence journal

Amore Mio has added no advertising or audience-measurement tools to this website. Photographs and fonts are served with the site. Your Provence journal remains in the browser tab; downloading it creates a document on your device. Directions and venue links open external services only when you select them.

Dates and your preferred accommodation may appear in the enquiry page’s address. The website does not add your name, email address, phone number or message to that address. The hosting provider may retain technical logs necessary to operate its service.

The existing guest guide, available at /guide/ and /en/guide/, stores your chosen language on your device and uses a local cache to work offline. You can remove these settings in your browser’s settings.

Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing. Write to amoremiolorgues@gmail.com with details of your request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Any information needed to verify your identity will be limited to what is necessary to handle your request.
